She shouldn't become a hurricane.

She's out of the area, but Sarasota County Emergency Management officials insist they're going to keep an eye on Fay through the weekend. That's because part of the Tampa Bay area is still in the so called "cone of uncertainity." Forecasters now don't think she will become a hurricane before making landfall in north Florida.
