Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE to cook! My family is Cuban and Sicilian, so Latin and Italian foods are some of my favorites, but I love to try new recipes and dishes as often as I can... Got a recipe you think I should try? Send it to me!
Some of my other interests are baseball (Go Rays!), wine, eating (hey, it goes with the cooking!), music, travel, and Boston, my cat. I also LOVE zombie shows--The Walking Dead on AMC is one of my favorites, and I'm also into Breaking Bad, The Food Network, HGTV and The Travel Channel.

Let's All Go To The Cake Hotel!
It took a team of 14 bakers, pastry chefs, and candy artists nearly 3,000 hours to create the world’s first edible pop-up hotel in Soho, London. The hotel welcomed its first guests this week, a couple who enjoyed a carpet made of meringues, bouquets of sugar roses, fudge windowsills, spongecake pillows, 100 pieces of edible art, and a clawfoot bathtub full of caramel corn. Get your blood sugar medication ready, and check out the photos!

The Blown Away Tour On TV!
Carrie Underwood's Blown Away Tour will be broadcast on AXS-TV this Sunday, March 3rd. You might want to DVR this one, because it doesn't air until 11:45pm, but you can find it on Verizon FiOS channel 589, DirecTV channel 340, and Dish channel 362. Unfortunately, AXS-TV isn't available on Comcast.

The season 16 cast of Dancing With the Stars was announced Tuesday morning on Good Morning America, and it will certainly be an interesting mix.
Wynonna Judd, D.L. Hughley, Baltimore Ravens player Jacoby Jones, Lisa Vanderpump, Andy Dick, boxer and Puerto Rican politician Victor Ortiz, Disney star Zendaya Coleman, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, General Hospital's Ingo Rademacher, Kellie Pickler, and figure skater Dorothy Hamill will all be putting their dancing skills on display this season.
